Broken link on website

I was going through the mailing list on the website and came across this broken link..
I guess this is the file in the github repo.

Since there is no correct URL available should I just remove the documentation section of the file and make a pull request ?

No, we shouldn’t remove any section from the file.

The same broken link is at docs/README.md at master · tensorflow/docs · GitHub

I think that we could substitute that link with this forum URL suggesting to use the doc tag.
