Examples of using class activation maps for CT scan 3D images

I am working on medical images especially CT scans for prognostic modelling suing 3D CNNs
Is there any working examples of using class activation maps for CT scan 3D images (these are having 3 dimensions x, y, and depth) for the purpose of explainability.
