How can I generate tflite from the Kaggle dataset

Hi,
I have dataset steelcount | Kaggle from kaggle site
now I wanted to generate the tflite file to use in my flutter app.
Please guide me is there any tool out there which help me achieve this task because I am not expert to ML but once I have tflite file I can program my app easily.
Any good help from the community would be great.
