How to enable USE_TF?

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to use DocTr OCR, and I had to install tensorflow, however, I’m getting this error:

ModuleNotFoundError: DocTR requires either TensorFlow or PyTorch to be installed. Please ensure one of them is installed and that either USE_TF or USE_TORCH is enabled.

It seems that I have to enable it, but I’ve been looking everywhere and I can’t find how to do it.
