Struggling to find vgg16 pre-trained model

I have tried to convert VGG16 fchollet model that you can find here Releases · fchollet/deep-learning-models · GitHub using

tensorflowjs_converter --input_format=keras vgg16_weights_tf_dim_ordering_tf_kernels_notop.h5 ./converted

But I keep getting this error

Any ideas what is wrong ?

Installing libcudart11 in Ubuntu made it. Still there are the warnings for the other libs but works.
