TensorFlow Java 0.4.0 released!

Hi everyone!

I’m announcing that TensorFlow Java 0.4.0 has now been released and is now available on Maven Central. Many improvements have been added to this new version, including native function graphs and custom gradient support.

TF-Java provides an interface for using TF from Java, it’s written in Java and we plan to slowly expand it to better support training.
