A tutorial on reproducibility best practices in TensorFlow?

The caption really says it all. I think it’s time we had a comprehensive tutorial on this topic. I would like to list two of my favorite resources on this area:

• Determinism in Deep Learning by Duncan Riach

I agree with this. Also, I’ve seen a lot addressing use of GPU’s and use of same hardware, but I’d also like to understand what to expect switching between different OS and using CPU.
