Am I using GPU or CPU?

I’m testing some 3rd-party code. Whenever I tested, I obtained the following message:

This TensorFlow binary is optimized to use available CPU instructions in performance-critical operations.

Just wonder if this means: I’m NOT using GPU version of TensorFlow? But ONLY CPU version of TensorFlow?
