Building tensorflow 2.10 from source with CUDA in windows 10

I am going to build tensorflow 2.10 from source with CUDA in windows 10, I cloned the tensorflow git and checkout 2.10 and by Xây dựng từ nguồn trên Windows, Xây dựng từ nguồn trên Windows  |  TensorFlow I continued step by step, there is a problem in running command “bazel build --config=opt --config=cuda --define=no_tensorflow_py_deps=true //tensorflow/tools/pip_package:build_pip_package”
it needs to download go sdk and it returns 404 when downloading and then it makes error in building:

“C:/users/asus/_bazel_asus/3tipbatp/external/bazel_tools/tools/build_defs/repo/http.bzl:353:31: in
ERROR: Analysis of target ‘//tensorflow/tools/pip_package:build_pip_package’ failed; build aborted: Error downloading [] to C:/users/asus/_bazel_asus/3tipbatp/external/go_sdk/temp11791262905339220418/ GET returned 404 Not Found”

I searched all around the web and i am sure the link for go SDK works( because I have tested it and it is OK,

please help me to do it

Hi @Amin_Darestani, Could you please let us know which bazel version you are using. Thank You.

I have entered command in command prompt:
bazel --version
it returns:
bazel 5.1.1

To resolve the 404 error when building TensorFlow 2.10 from source with CUDA on Windows 10, try manually downloading the Go SDK file from the provided link and placing it in the expected directory by Bazel. If that doesn’t work, edit TensorFlow’s WORKSPACE file to point to your local copy of the Go SDK. Make sure to use a compatible Bazel version and consider running bazel clean --expunge before attempting the build again. If issues persist, check your network settings or consider updating the Go SDK version in the TensorFlow source.

How can I update go sdk version in the tensorflow source?I tried a lot but I can’t. please help me to do it.
