Cannot install Tensorflow

Have the latest version of python, latest version of Pip, latest version of Tensorflow, on Windows 7 machine 64 bit. Despite all this repeatedly get this error message:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow (from versions: none> ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow

Any ideas?

To install tensorflow on windows we recommend to follow step-by-step instructions using pip.

Have you followed the steps as mentioned in the above reference?
