Install tf-models-official on local machine

when i try install tf-models-official on local machine using command install tf-models-official==2.14.2. ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow-text==2.14.2 . but in google colab. its posible. how i can install these version in my local machine? thank you a lot!!

May I know what is the OS on your local machine?

If it’s Mac or Windows tensorflow-text doesn’t support the distribution. More details about the support of the tf-text repository…
