Is there any GAN model for ganerate adverse weather?

Hi, im new to use GAN model only used detection, recognition, segmentation model.
but this time i want to generate adverse weather image using GAN model.
so is there any specific GAN model for generate BAD CLIMATE image?
(ex. snow, rain, fog, etc…)
