Hi everyone!

TensorFlow 2.13 has been released to the OSS community :partying_face:! Highlights of this include the release of Apple Silicon (M1) builds, the new Keras V3 saving format becoming the default for all files with the .keras extension and many new tflite and tf.data changes. Refer to the release notes here.

Just checked. It seems 2.13 builds upon CUDA 11.8 ONLY?
