I am a M1 macbook pro user and I have been trying to work with max but what I came across was quite shocking, that is the fact that there is not tf text is not available for mac. This is completely ridiculous that how there is such a big hole out there! Anyone out there who knows a way to get any alternatives to work?
Did you try to build it from source? What issue did you encounter?
It looks like other persons have managed to get TF and TF.text working on their M1, e.g. here.
