TF doesnt see my Cudnn

I’ve got NVIDIA RTX 3070 on my Windows laptop.
Installed CUDA 11.8, Cudnn 8.7 Python 3.11 Tensorflow 2.14.0

Added the cudnn paths to environment.
Rebooted my laptop several times.
But still getting “No GPU available.” and "cuDNN version: False " in PyCharm.

What am I missing?

May it be caused by having two graphic adapters?

  1. Intel UHD Graphics
  2. Nvidia RTX 3070 Laptop GPU

Welcome to the TensorFlow Forum!

You will not be able to install GPU with Tensorflow > 2.10 in Windows OS because

TensorFlow 2.10 was the last TensorFlow release that supported GPU on native-Windows. Starting with TensorFlow 2.11 , you will need to install TensorFlow in WSL2, or install tensorflow or tensorflow-cpu and, optionally, try the TensorFlow-DirectML-Plugin

or you can use TensorFlow 2.10 for the GPU support in WinOS by following the steps mentioned in this link.
